Inspired by Gothic/Renaissance dresses of England, this gown, I believe, is something of a ceremonial dress. XD So Rei wouldn't be running around in Harrogath in it on a daily basis, since the SLEEVES themselves are pretty damn annoying to keep out of the way.
Besides, Strahan wouldn't approve of the low neckline, though I -do- like her necklace.

I also REALLY like her hair here. It's one of the few times I've actually done her facing RIGHT, and liked her hair. XD
...at any rate, yes. There are more dresses to come. *falls over*

She looks very lovely and cheeky here. You're right, her hair is great, and very lifelike. Not to mention the dress is downright amazing! I love your style of shading and of drawing ruffles. I know what it's like to be bogged down with dresses, but they never turn out this pretty. It looks so sumptuous and queenly. Who cares if the neckline is low-- I get the impression that this lady wears what she wants and gets away with it too.
